1. How do I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Look for it in your mailbox and be sure to add “mynutritionstore.pk” to your email address book. If need assistance, please call 03037772230 or email us at mynutritionstore.info@gmail.com
2. What are the shipping charges & time?
We currently offer Free Standard Shipping if your order is over Rs. 850/. Shipping may take 2-4 days.
3. What are the exchange, return and refund policies for My Nutrition Store?
Any product may be returned within 10 days of purchase. For any product that you are not satisfied with, please call 03037772230 or email us and you’ll receive instructions on how to get an exchange or a refund.
If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please be sure to keep the original product and product packaging if possible. We’ll provide instruction on how to send the product back.
4. How do I return My Nutrition Store products if purchased from a different store?
If you purchased My Nutrition Store products online on another website, please follow the instruction on that site for returns and refund.
If you purchased My Nutrition Store products at one of our retailer partners, please return the item to that store according to their return and refund policy.
5. Does My Nutrition Store offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, My Nutrition Store offers its customers an easy, secure, and most reliable method of payment for online purchases with cash on delivery (COD) across Pakistan. COD ensures that customers pay only after receiving the product. Customers can purchase their favorite products online and pay when they receive their parcel.
Please keep the following terms & conditions in view:
- The courier company will only allow customers to open the package after payment has been made.
- Please DO NOT receive the package if it appears tampered with/ opened or damaged.
- Cash on Delivery services are available for purchases under 10,000/- PKR
